You can access care instantly for any of our services immediately after subscription except for the HMO cover which has a 14days waiting period before activation.
You can only sign up on a new subscription plan but cannot upgrade or downgrade any active subscription plan.
You can visit any hospital with the Hygeia logo or call the Hygeia call centre to get a list of partnered hospitals closest to you.
Yes, you are allowed to pay quarterly.
To use the telemedicine service, you will need to download our CareClick app and register on the app, after which you’ll need to subscribe on any of our plans to access the full functionality of the app except for e-pharmacy where you can purchase drugs without signing up for any subscription plan. For enrollees subscribed to any of our HMO cover a user login information will be sent to your registered phone or email.
If you have been on any of our remote subscription plans for at least 18months you get a 20% voucher to use at any of our partnered service providers.
